Rutledge Properties, Ltd. (Rutledge Property Management) began operations of its El Dorado, Arkansas apartment complexes in 1982 with the building of Woodland Apartments, consisting of twenty-four (24) one-bedroom residential apartments. Later, in 1985, we began our Crestwood Park Apartments, consisting of eight (8) one-bedroom apartments. From 1987 through 1996 our larger residential apartment complexes were built, with sixty-four (64) units at the Briarwood location and forty-eight (48) at our Landmark complex. Both Briarwood and Landmark offer spacious one bedroom and two-bedrooms/two-baths floor plans. Storage room rental is available at our Briarwood location and is offered for use of tenants at all locations.

In 2008 a very stylishly furnished and appointed, executive-type, two (2) bedroom apartment has been added to the Briarwood Apartments line-up.

Each apartment in each complex is supplied with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Each location is near El Dorado's golf courses, restaurants, shopping, parks, and enter-tainment. Curb appeal, our responsive management team and excellent maintenance of our properties have made our apartment complexes the most sought after multi-family housing facilities in the area.

Our apartments are owned and managed by the Rutledge family who have owned and operated businesses in Arkansas since the late 1940s. Our own long-standing, company employees maintain our buildings and grounds. Our office management and staff are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to assist tenants. After working hours and on weekends, we have an answering service for the convenience of tenants and prospects.

Rutledge Properties, Ltd. also offers residential, subdivision lots for sale, as well as commercial buildings and commercial land for lease or sale.
